The charge controller is adequate to the task but there's no display, other than "charging/charged" lights. If you want to know your amps or voltage, you're out of luck (without a separate ammeter). The power inverter is nice, though at 200W its overkill for a 55W (max) panel set. At noon in Seattle in early March I saw a peak of 40W in direct sun, so the rating seems realistic. In shade they produce (for me, anyway) about half an amp, which is around 7 watts. If you consider a Gator battery (small motorcycle-style gel battery) is 12Ah, that means it could charge one fully in about 5 hours of sun or 2 days of shade.
