Sadly, this vendor is not to be trusted. The lamp did NOT come in the original retail box, in fact, it came in no box at all! The lamp was packed by itself in some Styrofoam. The lamp housing was also very flimsy and I wouldn't dare put it in my television. Moreover, there is nothing on the lamp to indicate it was made by Phillips. So, i don't know who made this part. I didn't even get an invoice from the seller so I have no way to contact them directly. I will be sending this back right away. Back To Top
