It does seem like a strong shell in case you happen to drop the phone face up. There is very little protection for the front. The shell by itself adds too much thickness and weight to the phone and it could easily be made from a lighter material for $29.99. There is a little stand that folds out, but it won't stay in place.In order to put a microSDHC memory card in the phone you have to be able to remove the shell. There is a "coin slot", but if you put in a coin and twist the plasic slot gets a big scratch in it but it doesn't come open. So you have to pull on it as well and then the top plastic piece BREAKS apart. Body Glove says they don't have any replacements because it's specially made for T-mobile. The Customer Service person said I should "send an email to customer service" (huh!?!). The part that clips into the holder doesn't always "click" in and you have to fiddle with it too. A great idea that just isn't made well enough.
