This radio came preloaded with a few stations under Genres and then mega-boring, giant, bland monster stations. I wanted to get the smaller stations, some progressive stations, jazz stations, etc. You're supposed to be able to add stations to the web site under My Favorites and then this will sync up with your radio. Didn't work. After much agita with customer service (and the realization by all that the manual for this model is not on the company web site), there was still no solution. I can add stations manually - but it's a time-consuming process. Customer service was really, really awful. I can't decide whether to return it or if it's just too much trouble.
