After having continuous problems with me B&O phone I contacted them with intentions on returning it. After multiple rude employees i was finally able to talk to a manager. Of course this came with some attitude as well. After stating that i just wanted to return my phone i was only offered to have an employee come into MY home to look at it. If i don't want your overpriced nonworking phone what makes you think i want your overpayed nonworking employees coming into my home? Just a very aggravating experience. I will never be purchasing another item from them again. If my $30 dollar phone breaks i can return it, but when my $800 dollar phone breaks i either suck it up or pay a guy to come into my house. nope!
