I purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas. She tried it and it got caught in her hair. She thought she would have to cut her hair to release the curling iron. She finally got it untangled and it relased itself. I wanted to return it to the seller, but they said because it was used, they couldn't take it back. How could you test it if you didn't use it?????????
