This shredder is a heavy duty continuous shredder with one major flaw. The electronic eye which turns the shredder off after the last page is shredded continously fails. It is located on the bottom of the shredder and ios very difficult to replace. My shredder was serviced 3 times and then finally replaced with a different model. I would stay away from this GBC model.
