Recently received product. It shreds nicely, is very quiet and fast, and has a large basket. Purchased on amazon.com due to the great price. This unit was marketed on other web sites as being able to shred CDs and credit cards. The amazon.com web site appears to have the same info as the product manual that ships with the product - this model does not support shredding of CDs and credit cards. Although a quick check of the manufacturer web site tonight does say it can handle credit cards. Oh well - it's still a great paper shredder, and will literally save us hours per week over the old Fellowes model that died. If it handled CDs and DVDs, would have given it a 5 star rating.
