The plastic that this item is made from is thin and flimsy. The arm (which is hollow) never stops shaking when driving; really annoying. The previous Windowseat for the iPhone 3g by Griffin was made of thick/solid plastic that never had this issue. Griffin really screwed the pooch with this universal/adjustable phone windowseat. Would not recommend this item to anyone
