I purchased a speck last week for my macbook, it arrived new and sealed in package with free scratches built in, felt cheap and didn't fit perfect and even had air vents for the older model macbook on the bottom where the new macbook does not even have them! Well, the Speck was junk and I returned it. While doing a search, I happened upon this case. It arrived today and I don't know why the buzz for macbook cases isn't about this case. It feels superb, fits like a nice leather glove, and is hands down better than the speck. I haven't tried any other cases, but will stick with this one. It is made for the new macbook pro 15 with the air vents on the top by the keyboard. Worth the extra dollars. Love it!
